Except where explicitly stated in a signed agreement, HTRN provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, response rates or other performance outcomes. Operational improvements depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Respond to reasonable requests needed to configure and maintain services.
• Comply with applicable laws, including consent requirements for any communications sent on your behalf.

5. Intellectual Property

Where HTRN builds websites, funnels or content for you, you retain ownership of your business content and domain. HTRN retains rights to its own tools, templates, frameworks and methodologies.

6. Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your contact information you consent to communications from HTRN as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTRN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
