Find the Gaps
We identify missed calls, slow follow-up, disconnected systems, and visibility problems.
HTRN AI Solutions brings AI for business to Waldo companies — helping them capture more leads, answer faster, automate follow-up, and show up stronger across Google and the web.
From AI receptionists and missed-call text-back to websites, customer pipelines, online booking, and Google Business Profile growth, we build practical systems around the way your business actually runs.
Small businesses rarely lose leads because they don't care. They lose them because calls arrive while crews are working, requests come in after hours, follow-up gets delayed, and important information ends up scattered across phones, inboxes, and notes.
HTRN connects those moving pieces. We help Waldo-area businesses answer inquiries, collect customer information, schedule appointments, organize leads, request reviews, and keep following up — without adding another full-time administrative burden.
Choose the individual services your business needs or connect them into one system that captures, organizes, and follows up with every opportunity.

Waldo is a small city in northeastern Alachua County, and for most of its history it was a railroad town. The Florida Railroad — the state's first cross-peninsula line, running from Fernandina Beach to Cedar Key — reached Waldo in February 1859, and the town became a junction where the main line met the Peninsular Railroad spur toward Lake City. Trains, steamboats, and the lakes made Waldo a busy 19th-century shipping point for the produce grown on the farms around Lakes Santa Fe and Alto.
The Santa Fe Canal, dug after the Civil War to connect Waldo and Melrose by water, let steamboats carry passengers and freight between the lakes and the railhead — a reminder of how hard overland travel was before decent roads. The stern-wheel steamer F.S. Lewis was built in Waldo and ran that route. Today the canal and the lakes are paddling and fishing country, and Waldo sits quietly on State Road 24 between Gainesville and Starke.
Waldo is probably best known to Floridians for its once-notorious speed-trap reputation, but the town itself is a quiet residential community of about 1,000 people serving the lakes and farmland of northeast Alachua County. Its businesses are small and practical — home services, local trades, convenience retail, and the shops that serve a lakeside and rural population.
For those businesses, the owner is usually out — on a job, on the lake, or on the road. HTRN AI Solutions helps Waldo businesses answer every call, text back missed callers instantly, follow up on leads automatically, organize pipelines, and strengthen local search visibility — so a day in the field doesn't cost a customer.
