Find the Gaps
We identify missed calls, slow follow-up, disconnected systems, and visibility problems.
HTRN AI Solutions brings AI for business to Newberry companies — helping them capture more leads, answer faster, automate follow-up, and show up stronger across Google and the web.
From AI receptionists and missed-call text-back to websites, customer pipelines, online booking, and Google Business Profile growth, we build practical systems around the way your business actually runs.
Small businesses rarely lose leads because they don't care. They lose them because calls arrive while crews are working, requests come in after hours, follow-up gets delayed, and important information ends up scattered across phones, inboxes, and notes.
HTRN connects those moving pieces. We help Newberry-area businesses answer inquiries, collect customer information, schedule appointments, organize leads, request reviews, and keep following up — without adding another full-time administrative burden.
Choose the individual services your business needs or connect them into one system that captures, organizes, and follows up with every opportunity.

Newberry is a city in western Alachua County, and like much of this region its early story is written in phosphate. The western part of the county held the area's richest rock-phosphate deposits; mines sprang up after 1890, and by 1893 the Savannah, Florida and Western Railroad had reached Newberry to carry the ore away. The town grew up around the mines and the railroad, and for a generation it was a busy industrial center in otherwise rural country.
When the phosphate faded, the land stayed productive. Just west of town sits Dudley Farm Historic State Park — an 1880s working homestead established by P.B.H. Dudley Sr. before the Civil War and designated a National Historic Landmark in 2021 for preserving the history of owner-operated farms in the South. It is a living reminder of the agricultural community that has anchored Newberry for 150 years.
Today Newberry is one of the fastest-growing cities in Alachua County. Its population has more than doubled in recent years as Gainesville pushes west, and the Newberry Road corridor and the surrounding developments have brought new residents, new schools, and a wave of new businesses — restaurants, retail, medical offices, and home services — alongside the farms and groves that remain.
For businesses in a town growing this fast, the challenge is keeping up with demand while actually doing the work — the phone rings constantly, and the owner is usually on a job or running the shop. HTRN AI Solutions helps Newberry businesses answer every call, text back missed callers instantly, follow up on leads automatically, organize pipelines, and show up more strongly in local search — so rapid growth turns into captured revenue instead of missed messages.
