Find the Gaps
We identify missed calls, slow follow-up, disconnected systems, and visibility problems.
HTRN AI Solutions brings AI for business to Inglis companies — helping them capture more leads, answer faster, automate follow-up, and show up stronger across Google and the web.
From AI receptionists and missed-call text-back to websites, customer pipelines, online booking, and Google Business Profile growth, we build practical systems around the way your business actually runs.
Small businesses rarely lose leads because they don't care. They lose them because calls arrive while crews are working, requests come in after hours, follow-up gets delayed, and important information ends up scattered across phones, inboxes, and notes.
HTRN connects those moving pieces. We help Inglis-area businesses answer inquiries, collect customer information, schedule appointments, organize leads, request reviews, and keep following up — without adding another full-time administrative burden.
Choose the individual services your business needs or connect them into one system that captures, organizes, and follows up with every opportunity.

Inglis is a small town on the Withlacoochee River in western Levy County, about five miles east of Yankeetown and the Gulf. It was first settled in 1875 under the memorable name "Blind Horse" — supposedly after a blind horse that once pulled the ferry across the river, or one that sadly fell from it. The community was later renamed for Captain John L. Inglis, a Scottish-American phosphate magnate who developed Port Inglis at the river's mouth, which at its peak was the largest phosphate-shipping port in the United States.
For decades, phosphate mined around Dunnellon traveled down the Withlacoochee on barges to Inglis, where it transferred to rail cars and oceangoing ships. The town didn't formally incorporate until 1955, long after the phosphate trade had faded. In 1961 it gained an unlikely brush with fame when Elvis Presley filmed "Follow That Dream" in the area.
Today Inglis is a quiet Nature Coast community at the western end of the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway. The Inglis Lock recreation area and the river draw boaters, paddlers, and anglers, and the town sits between the larger destinations of Crystal River to the south and Cedar Key to the north.
For Inglis's small businesses — river outfitters, marine and repair shops, home services, and local retailers — the phone often rings while the owner is on the water or out on a job. HTRN AI Solutions helps those businesses answer every call, text back missed callers instantly, follow up on leads automatically, and show up more strongly in local search, so the river-country traffic becomes real business instead of voicemail.
