HTRN AI Solutions — Refund Policy

1. General Billing
HTRN AI Solutions provides services on a subscription and/or project basis. Charges may include setup fees, recurring subscription fees, usage-based fees, and optional add-on services.
2. Setup Fees
Setup, onboarding, or one-time configuration fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your account build, integrations, and automation design.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period (e.g., monthly). Because resources, infrastructure, and software licensing are reserved for that period, subscription payments are typically non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. Cancellations
To cancel a subscription, please contact support at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Eligibility (Case-by-Case)
In rare cases involving clear technical failure or service delivery issues on our side, partial or full refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing with a description of the issue.
6. Third-Party Fees
HTRN is not responsible for fees charged by third parties such as: mobile carriers, email providers, payment processors, domain providers, or advertising platforms. These are governed by your agreements with those providers.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with HTRN may result in suspension of services or termination of your account. We encourage open communication to resolve billing concerns.
8. Changes to Pricing & Policy
HTRN may update pricing or this Refund Policy from time to time. Existing customers will be notified of material changes in advance when possible.
